Xiaohongshu will apply the strictest management measures to eliminate behaviors that violate laws, endanger national or social security, or disturb the social order.

2.1 Adhere to Basic Principles
The platform prohibits the publication and spread of content containing the following:
2.1.1 Content that violates the fundamental principles established by the Constitution.
2.1.2 Content that harms national security, leaks state secrets, subverts the government, or undermines national unity.
2.1.3 Content that damages national honor or interests, such as damaging the image of the national flag or emblem.
2.1.4 Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines national unity.
2.1.5 Content that violates the national religious policy or promotes cults and superstitions.
2.1.6 Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability.
2.1.7 Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting criminal behavior.
2.1.8 Insulting or defaming others and violating their legal rights.
2.1.9 Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist and extremist activities.
2.1.10 Insulting or misusing the images of martyrs, distorting their stories, or beautifying or glossing over invasion acts.
2.1.11 Attacking and defaming leaders of the party or state, fabricating negative information, or misusing their images.
2.1.12 Content that violates public morality, such as vulgar wedding events.
2.1.13 Content that includes other legally prohibited material.

2.2 Protect the Legal Rights of Minors
Xiaohongshu has implemented a minor mode to protect the legal rights of minors, which limits the browsing content and usage duration and prohibits live-streaming rewards and recharge functions. Content harmful to minors' physical and mental health will be seriously handled, including but not limited to:
2.2.1 Content involving pornography or vulgarity related to minors, such as marriage, sexual abuse, etc.
2.2.2 Content involving bullying or violence against minors, such as physical violence, school bullying, etc.
2.2.3 Content disclosing minors' personal privacy, such as showing genitalia or publicizing personal information.
2.2.4 Content involving minors engaging in undesirable behaviors, such as religious indoctrination, drinking, smoking, etc.
2.2.5 Content that avoids systems set up to protect minors, such as circumventing anti-addiction tools or minor modes.
2.2.6 Other content that endangers the safety and health of minors.

2.3 Resist All Illegal Information
2.3.1 Prohibited content involving illegal substances, such as drugs, prohibited drugs, illegal tools, etc.

2.4 Resist All Obscene or Vulgar Content
